As a general rule, data will only be shared with third parties if it is necessary to fulfill our contract with you, if disclosure is permitted based on a legitimate interest assessment, if we are legally obligated to share the data, or if you have given your consent. Rest assured, we will never sell your data to third parties.
When personal data is shared, please note that not all recipients are located in Switzerland. As a result, your information may be processed in any country around the world.
6. RETENTION PERIOD
We process your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations, or for other legitimate purposes. This includes the entire duration of the business relationship, from initiation and execution to termination, and beyond, incompliance with statutory retention and documentation requirements. Your personal data may also be retained for the period during which claims can be made against us, particularly during the statutory limitation period. - Right to Restriction: You can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you contest the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you object to its deletion, if we no longer need the data but you need it for legal claims, or if you have objected to the processing under Art. 21 GDPR (Art. 18 GDPR).

- Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are within the European Economic Area, you can contact the supervisory authority of your place of residence, workplace, or our registered office (Art. 77 GDPR).
If Swiss data protection law applies, you may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. In Germany, the relevant supervisory authority depends on the federal state where you live, work, or where the alleged violation occurred.

9. OBJECTIONS AND WITHDRAWALS
If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests under Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your data under Art. 21 of the GDPR. This right applies if you have specific reasons related to your particular situation or if the objection is related to direct marketing. 10. DATA COLLECTION AND USE AND LOGGING OF ACCESS DATAIN SERVER LOG FILES
You do not need to provide any personal information to visit our website. When you access the site, your browser automatically sends certain data to our server, which is temporarily stored in a server logfile. This data includes information such as your IP address, the names of accessed files, the date and time of your visit, the amount of data transferred, and your internet service provider. This information is collected automatically and retained until it is deleted after a certain period. We collect and process the following personal application data from you:

- Application documents such as letter of application, CV, portfolio, references, certificates
Your personal application data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of managing the application process and, if applicable, for the purpose of establishing, implementing, or terminating an employment relationship with PLAYZE, in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR. Additionally, if required by law, data may be processed in the context of legal proceedings, including under Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
If you voluntarily provide sensitive data (such as information regarding ethnic origin, religion, or health), this will be processed in line with Article 9 (2) (b) of the GDPR.
As a general rule, your data will only be shared internally with the departments at PLAYZE directly involved in the application process. Your data will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.
Please note that data transmitted via email is generally not encrypted, and it is your responsibility to ensure encryption. PLAYZE cannot be held responsible for the security of the transmission channel from the moment your application is sent until it reaches our server. However, you are welcome to submit your application by post without any disadvantage.
