PLAYZE develops contemporary conversion concepts that respectfully integrate new types of use into existing building structures. One of our main focuses is on mixed-use concepts that combine residential, commercial, gastronomy and recreational uses. Our PLAYZE Timber competence team plans future-orientated living and working concepts in timber construction. With digital planning processes and a focus on innovation, architects and planners work together on high-quality, sustainable construction projects.
We are looking for:
Architect with 2-5 years of professional experience:
- Interest in innovative living and working concepts
- Passion for development and design
- Basic knowledge of execution planning
You will be part of our international team and work in design phases 1-5 for both new and existing buildings. Very good German and English skills are required.
Experienced architect (5 years of professional experience or more):
- Project management from approval phase to realisation
- Responsibility for all service phases of new construction and renovation projects
Here, too, we expect very good German and English skills as well as the willingness to drive innovative projects forward as part of a team.
