At BAU Munich, the Fraunhofer WKI, together with the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology IPK and the Technical University of Berlin, are presenting research results for climate-friendly timber construction based on pine wood and other bio-based building materials using a physical and digital model. The NEO project from PLAYZE and various components from MAX Holzbau served as the basis for the simulation of the global warming potential (GWP) and construction costs.
