NEO is a spatial system for prefabricated timber buildings. By consistently digitalising the planning and implementation processes, it enables customised projects to be developed in the shortest possible time. The processes are standardised, not the architecture.

NEO combines industrial processes and digital tools to optimise the production of architectural projects. The basis is a comprehensive digital component catalogue consisting of BIM models. These are part of a central database that planners and contractors can access and which contains all the necessary information for production and construction.

NEO also offers a digital configurator that allows the system to be designed and customised to meet specific project requirements. This tool is based on the basic principles of the NEO system and enables precise cost monitoring and control throughout the project.

Different housing typologies can be developed with NEO. The spectrum ranges from rural cluster houses to inner-city apartment blocks and large residential complexes.
