This project is part of our urban renewal series in Shanghai. A shut down chemical factory has been converted into a lively urban neighbourhood. Restaurants, cafés, bars and local brand shops on the ground floor invite the local neighbourhood to linger. Upper floors offer all kinds of different office concepts for small and medium companies. The PLAYZE Shanghai Studio is also located here.
